Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items to the garden centre provided they are in their original state. If the item needs to be collected from your address, it is possible that a delivery charge may apply.

The value of the returned item will be refunded via the same method of payment and may take up to 7 working days.

If the item delivered is faulty we must be notified immediately to arrange for a replacement.

Items can be returned for a refund up to 28 days after purchase.
