Can you deliver to areas outside of Tamworth?

Yes, we are able to cover areas that fall outside of the 5-mile radius. Give us a call on 01827 58858 to see if we can help you with your order.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

We can offer a refund via the same method of payment provided the item is in full working order and has been returned to the garden centre.

When will my delivery arrive?

We deliver Monday – Friday and try to get orders delivered within 3 – 5 working days.

Where will my delivery be left?

Our delivery is kerbside however our drivers will always make sure they unload as close to your property as we can.

How will delivery be arranged?

Once we have received your order we will give you a call on the telephone number provided to book your delivery day. If you order over the weekend it may be that you will receive a call on Monday.

Do I need to be there to accept delivery?

No, as long as there is somewhere safe to leave your items.

Can I order online and collect in store?

Yes, of course. Once we receive your order we will give you a call to let you know that we have your items ready to collect.

Do you have anyone that can offer plant advice?

Yes, our staff are extremely knowledgeable and can assist you with any queries you may have relating to your order. Just give us a call or pop in to see us.

What are you doing to protect shoppers in store?

We have a large open-air sales area where all stock is easily accessible so a safe distance can be kept at all times. All shoppers are required to wear a mask whilst on site. Hand sanitiser and trolley cleaning equipment are available for customers to use. We have a protective screen at the till point and surfaces are cleaned regularly. Our toilet facilities remain closed at this time as we are encouraging customers to shop for essentials and not as a leisure activity.
