We are really pleased to announce that the doors are open to the general public once again at Grangewood Garden Centre. As I am sure you can appreciate, we’ve had to slightly change the way that we do things to make sure that we keep both our staff and our customers safe.
🌿 We will be taking card payments only – no cash. This also means no hospice cards and paper gift vouchers for now.
🌿 We can only allow two members of a household in at once (with the exception of single parents with children) and we must ask that no dogs are brought with you unless they have an appointment with K9 Couture.
🌿 We have reduced the size of our shop indoors so there will be no access to customer toilets.
🌿 If we could encourage you to have in mind what you wish to purchase before you arrive that would be much appreciated.
🌿 We will have staff on-site to advise with any queries although we must ask that you maintain a 2m distance and perhaps stand on each side of a plant bench whilst talking.
🌿 If you are looking to purchase larger items or struggle to queue for a long period of time we would strongly recommend using our delivery service – we are more than happy to send you photos of stock.
🌿 Whilst we do have a suggested one-way system you may already know the area in which you would like to shop so please feel free to head there whilst being conscious of other shoppers and always maintain a safe social distance.
We also have new opening hours which are as follows;
9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on Sundays.
This is a new way for us to work and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during the transition period. The Grangewood Team.
